Network Menus™ for your customers

Network Menus™ has been designed to collate information and resources through networking the research skills, interests and abilities of your organisation, and delivering this information in a meaningful, relevant way to your customer base.

Imagine being able to deliver research, resources, and information to your customers at the time, location and speed at which they demand it – Network Menus™ allows you to do this.

The Customer Perspective

  • Deliver key resources, knowledge and research to customers in real-time;
  • Favourites, bookmarks, and files are saved and relevantly grouped for customer delivery;
  • Customers are supplied with the information they require exactly when, and where they need it;
  • Organisational specialisms are enhanced and focused through Menu development.

Network has taken the concept of resource gathering and computer-based research from being a single user, static resource, to being an organisation-wide, resource sharing, and Knowledge Management tool for the knowledge rich organisations of the 21st Century.  With Network Menus™ you can offer your users/customers a compelling tool to build a powerful network.

Network Menus™ - The Knowledge Management Tool

Network Menus™, as shown above, installs locally on users machines in a non-intrusive way, under the address bar.  This puts the menus in an easy to access area which is accessible in Internet Explorer, when browsing the internet, and also in Windows Explorer (My Documents etc) for when browsing files.

Managing Knowledge

The latest learning algorithms are used to ensure related, useful information of the right context is delivered.

  • Stores bookmarks, files, and resources in menus above the web page – easy to use;
  • Fully-searchable menus – customers can access subscribed organisation knowledge menus;
  • Menu groupings can be restricted to individual customers or shared with certain interest groups – private or shared;
  • Unique user login details mean Network Menus™ goes where your customers go – always available.

Pre-Population Functionality – Delivering Knowledge to Customer Groups

Network Menus™ includes unique pre-population functionality which allows business information managers and knowledge leaders to effectively control and distribute relevant and timely information to customers.  In this way, your organisations knowledge leaders can deliver personalised resources, bookmarks, and files to subscribed customer groups instantly and without fail.

Value Added to Customers

  • The average information worker spends 24hrs per month conducting internet based research, this information can now be collated into a high-value customer offering;
  • Network Menus™ will save this research into structured groupings to focus the product offering to customers;
  • The quality of the offering to customers would enhance as they also populate information into collaborative menus to reflect their experience and expertise;
  • Search time for the relevant resources and bookmarks would massively decrease saving time and money and increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Value Added to Your Organisation

  • The time spent by employees researching and collating masses of personal knowledge becomes an organisation, rather than personal asset;
  • Network Menus™ links employees with similar interests enabling collaboration on research;
  • The cost saving delivered by Network would increase exponentially as the number of users increases;
  • Subsequent search times would decrease saving both time, and money.

Organisational Networking - enterprise social bookmarking

Network Menus™ has been designed to improve business efficiency through networking the research skills, interests and abilities of an organisation, and delivering this research in a meaningful, relevant way across businesses - enterprise social bookmarking.

The Network Menus Effect

  • Product and process efficiency increases due to best practice collaboration;
  • Favourites, bookmarks, organisational drive locations, and files are shared and relevantly grouped;
  • Browsing and search costs would be massively reduced;
  • Research gains greater momentum due to team networking on subject areas.

Network has taken the concept of resource gathering and computer-based research from being a single user, static resource, to being an organisation-wide resource sharing, and Knowledge Management tool for the knowledge rich organisations of the 21st Century.
